Terms of Service

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Namos Notes. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Namos Notes.

The service

Namos Notes lets you write posts, publish them on a public page and email them to your subscribers. We may change or remove features as the product grows.

Your account

Your content

You own your posts and your subscriber list. You give us permission to store, display and send them, only as needed to run Namos Notes for you. You can export your subscriber list at any time. You promise you have the right to publish and send what you put into the service.

Your subscribers and consent

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. It is part of these terms. It covers spam, scams, illegal or harmful content, and the complaint and bounce limits we watch.

Suspension and termination

Privacy

How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Namos Notes is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that every email will be delivered or land in an inbox. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Namos Notes and the people behind it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost readers, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Namos Notes after a change, you accept the new terms.
